West Texas Elite Baseball was started by Ronnie Gaines with programs including one on one training, group training, position specific camps, and coaches clinics. West Texas Elite offers everything a baseball player needs in order to be successful and compete at the next level. West Texas Elite will also have traveling teams ranging from 8u to 18u competing in showcase tournaments against top teams.
Baseball skills are not the only skills that will be taught at West Texas Elite. There will also be an emphasis on the importance of attitude, preparation, and effort. The lessons and skills taught at West Texas Elite are aimed at not only making great baseball players but also quality individuals.

"My focus is on all players in our program giving them some of the same opportunities myself and our coaching staff have had. I want them to develop as great ball players and great young men learning life lessons through the game of baseball. I will surround our players with the best coaching staff around in order to accomplish these goals. I love and respect the game of baseball and West Texas Elite Baseball. We have something very Special."
